I'm Still Alive

This week was absolutely crazy, stressful, exhausting, wonderful and MIRACLE-FILLED! Oh, p.s. sorry I didn't send an email last week, I'm still alive😎

Our Golden Guy
1. Joseph is doing GREAT! We've had some really good lessons with him lately! He wanted to push his baptismal date to 3. Feb so all of his family can come from Frankfurt. He wants them to learn about it as well! He's already such a good missionary 😊

Casually Staring at Death
2. This is super random but we were driving with some members on the Autobahn last week and I converted the kilometers to miles, and we were just casually going 160 MPH!?!!?!!😱

EXPLOSIONS
3. We got to lead singing time for the little primary kids during 3rd hour of church and it was LOADS of fun! We played a game where we added a certain amount of baking soda in our "test tubes" of vinegar when they sang good and loud. It works and they sang really good and REALLY LOUD! I actually got the idea from my singing time teacher when I was a kid, so shout out to Sister Morgen! 😁

We can't English
4. Sis. Decker and I have been trying to only speak German together lately, and as a result, we got in a 5 minute debate about if its correct to say "you squeezed it" or "you squoze it"..... #wecantenglish🤔

Prove to Him that He can trust you.
5. We had put extra effort in making it possible for newer investigators to make it to church on Sunday. All of them cancelled last minute, and even Joseph wasn't able to come! I sat in sacrament meeting just so exhausted and so sad... I was just praying and feeling like our efforts were wasted. Then suddenly two men walk in that I'd never seen before. Then 2 minutes later, an unfamiliar man and woman walked in?!! We introduced ourselves afterward, and the two men said, "I had this feeling I needed to come to church today, and I'd like to start meeting with the missionaries again." We taught them the first lesson and they're SO ready! The other couple was actually a mother and son. The mother is a member who just moved here from Colombia, and she wants her son and his whole family to meet with missionaries! It was a very joyful, humbling experience.

I'm excited for the week to come! We have been making goals and plans like crazy, and I'm ready to make them happen! Keep going at your new year's resolutions and goals, YOU CAN DO IT!😎💪

Love,
Your homegirl, Sister Macey Ingalls

P.s. Really random pics... 1. This hilarious game we played for FHE (remember this Ingalls fam?!)
[Yes! This is called Graphic Evolution! Fun Game! MOM]
2. We were running to an appt hence why its blurry but I thought it was funny because we are always at the train station
3. MIRACLE I lost my tag but found it in a member's car a week later haha
4. This was the closest thing we could find to beakers for the primary kid activity 😂
