Today Sister Renkewitz (Bishop’s wife) taught us how to
make Quarkkäulchen!!!!

Finished product!! Truly German- basically potato
pancakes with Quark (I don’t know how to describe it, you can’t get it in America)
and raisins. You put sugar and applesauce (homemade from their trees of course!)
on top! Super delicious!! Really heavy though!
Grisham's strap to her bag broke today. Her logic - buy
another purse and then carry
the other one to fix later. Made literally no
sense to me but she does her.
